Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website. By engaging DCP Pool Services, you agree to the following conditions.

By scheduling, purchasing, or otherwise engaging any service offered by DCP Pool Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), or by accessing our website at dcppoolservices.com, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
2Services Provided
DCP Pool Services provides residential and commercial pool care services in Broward County, Florida, including but not limited to:
- Routine pool maintenance and cleaning
- Chemical balancing and water testing
- Pool equipment inspection, repair, and replacement
- Leak detection and pressure testing
- Tile and grout cleaning and re-grouting
- Pool resurfacing, replastering, and deck remodeling
- Pool heater installation and service
- Green-to-clean algae recovery treatments
- Monthly compliance checks for commercial properties
All services are performed by licensed technicians under License #CPC-1460991. The scope of each service will be outlined in your service agreement or quote. Services not included in your agreed plan may be quoted and billed separately.
3Scheduling & Property Access
Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled during our standard business hours: Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM and Saturday 9AM–2PM. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time slots, subject to availability.
Property Access
You agree to provide DCP Pool Services and its technicians with safe, unobstructed access to your pool and relevant equipment areas on the agreed service date. This includes:
- Unlocking gates, fences, or access points prior to scheduled visits
- Securing pets away from the service area
- Ensuring the area is free from hazards that could prevent or delay service
Weather & Delays
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and reschedule at the earliest available opportunity at no additional charge.
4Payment & Pricing
Pricing
All pricing is provided upfront in your quote or service agreement. We do not charge hidden fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice for recurring service plans.
Payment Terms
- Payment for one-time services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly service plans are billed in advance at the start of each service period.
- We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, check, and other methods as indicated on your invoice.
Late Payments
Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts with unpaid balances until payment is received.
5Cancellations & Refunds
Cancelling a Scheduled Visit
You may cancel or reschedule a single service visit with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50.
Cancelling a Service Plan
Monthly or recurring service plans may be cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice via email or certified mail. Any pre-paid amounts for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for services already performed will not be issued unless there is documented failure to meet the agreed scope of work.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
- All refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued within 10 business days of approval.
6Limitation of Liability & Warranty
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, provided the concern falls within the original scope of work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DCP Pool Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to damage to pool equipment, landscaping, or property that is pre-existing or caused by factors outside our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7Property Conditions & Safety
You represent and warrant that your pool, equipment, and surrounding property are in a condition that is safe for our technicians to work in. You agree to disclose any known hazards, pre-existing damage, or unusual conditions prior to the start of service.
- DCP Pool Services reserves the right to halt work if a technician determines conditions are unsafe, and to reschedule once conditions are resolved.
- Children and pets must be kept away from the pool area during active service visits.
- You are responsible for maintaining your pool area in compliance with local health, safety, and building codes.
8Chemical Handling & Water Quality
Our technicians are trained and certified in the safe handling and application of pool chemicals in accordance with applicable regulations. However, results may vary depending on pool size, usage, weather conditions, and the state of the pool at the time of service.
- We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 minutes after chemical treatment before entering the pool, or as directed by your technician.
- We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from unauthorized chemical additions made by the customer between service visits.
- Customers with known chemical sensitivities should notify us prior to service so we can recommend appropriate alternatives.
9Privacy & Communications
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at dcppoolservices.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Text & Email Communications
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive transactional communications from DCP Pool Services including appointment confirmations, service updates, invoices, and customer support messages. Message and data rates may apply for SMS communications.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS communications.
- Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
- To opt out of email communications, click "Unsubscribe" in any email or contact us directly.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the DCP Pool Services website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and service descriptions — is the exclusive property of DCP Pool Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from DCP Pool Services.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved with a simple phone call.
12Changes to These Terms
DCP Pool Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers via email or SMS.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
